We clean residential new construction for builders & apartment complexes for contractors, and hotels for contractors. We also clean renovated apartments.
For Commercial work we have been involved in many new construction projects, including the new construction clean-up of the Value Place Hotel recently built on the North side of Fort Wayne, a four story, 130 room hotel. We have done Renovation clean-up for Twin Oaks Apartment Homes on Paulding Road, approximately 40 units, two or three bedroom apartments. We have also completed new construction clean-up for Jerry Junction Apartments, a 21 building, 60 apartment units, in Auburn, IN.
New construction Housing projects have includes Heritage Place in Columbia City, approximately 22 new homes. We have traveled all over Indiana doing new construction clean-up for one national New Home Builder, as far away as Indianapolis. For some New Home Builders, we keep their model homes looking good by providing a weekly cleaning service.
We clean several businesses Office space, weekly, or several days a week, as needed. We meet there needs as to the time and days of cleaning, ensuring not to interfere with their daily business requirements.
